1. The service

AI Video Summarizer is a Chrome extension that summarizes YouTube videos using AI. The free plan allows 3 summaries per day. Pro removes the daily cap.

2. Pro subscription

• Monthly: $3.90 per month. Yearly: $29.00 per year (about $2.42 per month).
• Auto-renewal: your plan renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time by emailing support@labkitpro.com or through your payment settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments: processed by Dodo Payments. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
• Fair use: Pro includes up to 200 summaries per day, a generous limit intended to prevent abuse, not a cap normal users will ever reach.
• Refunds: refunds are handled exclusively under our Refund Policy.

3. Referral rewards

• Eligible Pro subscribers earn 1 month of Pro for each friend who: applies their invite code, verifies an email address, and runs their first summary on a separate browser profile.
• Rewards are credited as additional Pro time and stack on top of an existing subscription; the earned bonus is capped at 12 months per account.
• Reward time has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for a refund or payout.
• We may adjust, suspend, or end the referral program at any time; changes never affect rewards already earned.
• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and other fraud are grounds to withhold or revoke rewards.

4. Acceptable use

• Summarize only videos you are legitimately able to watch on YouTube.
• Do not attempt to bypass quota limits, resell the service, or automate access beyond normal personal use.

5. AI-generated content

Summaries are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for convenience and do not constitute professional advice.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
